Measurement DPPH method with vitamin C standard, flavonoid levels quercetin phenol gallic acid standard were measured UV-Vis spectrophotometer. results (IC50)by sun respectively 123 ppm 152 ppm, by 22.5% 20.698%, amounted 37.35% 36.648%. conclusion is that sun-drying has which are greater than oven-drying method.
